The Shoot
This was captured during a single morning shoot window, with around 2–3 hours on site.
For this level of coverage, the goal is simple — work within one lighting window and produce a clean, consistent set of images without the need for return visits or twilight sessions.
The morning light suited the apartment well, particularly through the main living areas and balcony. It allowed us to bring in natural light, keep the overall look consistent, and avoid the harsher contrast you can get later in the day.
Deliverables
The final package included a full set of professionally edited images, along with a clean walkthrough-style video and a vertical reel for social media use.
Everything was produced to be flexible across website, social, and general marketing.
Outcome
The end result is a straightforward, high-quality set of visuals that accurately represent the space and finishes, while also giving Northgate Building a solid set of assets they can continue to use across future marketing.
